Monday's entry

Not really annoyed by anything today, but in general to rehash an old subject. Smokers keep your trash inside your car, I know you don't want to see your butts after you smoke because it reminds you of the habit you want to break, but we don't want to see them littered across the road either, it reminds us that you are an idiot.

Also, I have seen people pull up to stop signs and empty their ashtray onto the ground with butts as part of the mix. THE WORLD IS NOT YOUR TRASH CAN

The United States better get with the program and support these uprisings around the world, they reacted slowly to Egypt and they seemed to be a little faster on the uptake with Bahrain and the announcement that they are going to provide money for opposition groups to access the internet and form groups is encouraging, but is it enough. Does everyone have the right to choose their own government and more importantly does the United States believe that everyone has the right to choose their own government? Currently the U. S. should move their operations off of Bahrain until they at least stop attacking their own citizens(this was a reason we invaded Iraq). This should be a non-partisan issue,

and save your defense arguments because at worst countries figuring out how to write their own constitutions do not have time to attack anyone and at best countries with democracies will actually govern based on the will of the people.

Why all the opposition to health care for everyone, who is answering these polls that say Americans are happy with their health care system? I understand that certain issues are hot topics in regards to what is health care-for example abortion, obesity, depression,-should these issues be discussed yes are they a reason to not have health care for all.

Going to sleep should not be hard. All day in the sun, every minute accounted for, training to fight or in our case training to clean. Since we have been here all we have done has revolved around cleaning. The bathrooms, scrub the stalls, scrub under the stalls, clean the drains of the sink, clean under the sink. every morning for 2 weeks we have cleaned. Even when we think something exciting is going to happen we continue to clean, get a rifle clean it, change to boots, shine them, swith belt buckles, it better shine. If the next war is one on dirt we are prepared.

Where is the training, the posters have pictures of men jumping out of helicopters(with dirty faces) of soldiers treading through water. so Far we have sauntered to breakfast lunch and dinner and only
